Doctor of Chiropractor
HBA Richard Ivey School of Business
I am a graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and hold a Bachelor of Arts from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. My unwavering passion for optimizing health and performance, coupled with a commitment to educating others on the transformative benefits of movement, guided me toward a career in chiropractic care. I am dedicated to a holistic, whole-person approach to musculoskeletal health.
In addition to my formal education, I am a certified personal trainer and hold credentials that include Active Release Techniques (ART®), Agatsu Kettlebell Level 1, Agatsu Mobility Level 1, and CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1). I thrive on staying active through Olympic weightlifting and am driven by a desire to help others achieve their peak athletic potential.
Outside the clinic and gym, I enjoy connecting with friends and family, and exploring the great outdoors through hiking, camping, and biking. I also take great pleasure in discovering the diverse culinary landscape that Toronto has to offer.
