(He/Him)
I graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2019 and maintain good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. My experience includes working with professional athletes, weekend warriors, and healthcare workers, bringing a depth of expertise to my practice.
As a dancer, I have a profound interest in functional movement and rehabilitation. I leverage this knowledge to assist clients with chronic conditions stemming from daily activities, such as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Upper Cross Syndrome, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, ITB Friction Syndrome, and various chronic ailments.
I am committed to the belief that with the right circle of care, clients can achieve peak performance and meet the physical demands of their lives. My treatments integrate stretching, range of motion exercises, joint mobilization, trigger point release, deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage techniques to optimize the health of soft tissues.
Outside of the treatment room, you can find me entering Breaking (breakdance) competitions, partner dance socials, or street festivals all over Canada.
