I am Holly, a dedicated physiotherapist focused on your well-being and recovery journey. Growing up on the scenic west coast of Canada, I participated in competitive sports including swimming, field hockey, and rugby, which ignited my passion for helping individuals return to the activities they love. I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees from Queen's University, combining academic rigor with practical expertise. My education has provided me with a deep understanding of the human body and a commitment to evidence-based care.
In my practice, I emphasize patient education, exercise, and manual therapy. With a certification in Functional Intramuscular Stimulation (FIMS), I utilize innovative techniques to address pain and dysfunction, offering holistic care tailored to each patient's unique needs. I am eager to further my expertise, particularly in vestibular rehabilitation and concussion management, recognizing the critical importance of these areas in comprehensive rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and reading in the park. Spending time with friends and family recharges me, keeping me active and engaged.
